okay, hungry again :) AND microwaved popcorn was a success! popped it in a big tupperware. to be honest, i actually like it plain haha. snack is popcorn with cinnamon, a mix (yes, that’s ONE m&m haha), and coconut water.
eyes were wayyy bigger than my stomach tonight. i rarely put away food. since i measure/count, i just usually eat everything on my plate because i’m not worried about overeating. i just got really uncomfortaby full. strange, because i ran today and was pretty busy throughout the dayso i feel like i should be hungrier, and weekends i usually can’t seem to stop eating. hmm, whatever. still snacking later. experimenting with microwaved air-popped popcorn tonight…
